A Little History

Rich history surrounds the Chapin Mansion. Built in 1911 for the late Willis O. Chapin, the one-time residence is a tribute to the English architecture at the turn of the century. Mr. Chapin emigrated from Europe and brought with him items that are still present in the building today. The building was home for the Chapins until 1937 when Willis' son William sold the building. A few other business owned the building until its present owner renovated it in 2000 into what it is today, a class A business complex that combines the old world with the new. This combination makes for a very comfortable and unique work environment that will impress you and your clients.
